It's so lovely to have real Filipino food served at this mall. I think my main issue with it is how the price feels disproportionate to the portion sizes. Also, I don't expect amazing quality from a food court restaurant, but I've definitely made and tasted better at home. Still, it was authentic and it was fine. I visited the food court while waiting for my car to charge, the mall opened at 10:00. The Manila Bay Cuisine was ready for service and I ordered the Sisig (Minced Pork) delicious Pork Jowl, Belly and Ears it’s usually prepared with Calamansi, Onions and Chili Peppers, a side of Garlic Rice and Tinolang Isda(Fish Soup) nice and sour cooked on a light Ginger Broth. Helpful lady will served the meal with numerous Philippine items to choose from.

Normally, the food is great. The staff are always friendly and nice. I took my disabled mom with me to run some errands and stopped by for lunch. I ordered dinuguan and it was severely unappetizing. It is normally really good. This time I was eating the dinuguan over some rice and noticed one of the pieces of meat with hair on it. It wasn't just one or 2 stray hairs from the pig that wasn't plucked or shaved off. This piece of meat was completely covered in nasty @$$...
