The desserts here are good and the boba is fresh
It's ok.Taste is good.No vibe.Service is so so & the store became half warehouse now.
Very traditional Taiwanese Taro desert and very yummy. The portion is kind of small for the price you pay but it tastes good
This Meet Fresh location is located in a separate building in the Serramonte parking lot between Cost Plus and Ross. Parking was sufficient on a Friday afternoon, there were plenty of spots out front.Looks like online ordering was down when I went so had to stand in line to order but it was not a long wait. Our to go order consisted of only 2 jasmine milk tea with boba. The tea was just the right sweetness and sweet and chewy.
Didn't even get the chance to order. Was the first in line and waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my money... Finally got tired of it and asked this male employee for help. He even answered a phone order before I asked him for help. He said "No, no help. We are understaffed". I had no comment and left immediately, what a great response...hahahSuch bad customer service. If you guys are understaffed anyway, why even open? Please train your employees to answer in a manner way, unacceptable.
Worst customer service in a bubble tea shop! The cashier turned away and talked on the phone while taking our order. The cashiers love to roll their eyes at customers. Stay away~
Expensive for a med shave ice. Too sweet and it is ice not shaved ice like the one you get in L.A. The staffs are not friendly or helpful. It's my first time and will be my last time doing business's in this place.
Obviously prices have gone up, but the service. So fxcking rude! I asked for a to go box because I couldn't finish what I had. They gave me a tiny box and when I let them know that my leftovers would not fit, I was told that's the only box we give for free. They told me I could eat what wouldn't fit or throw it away. What in the actual hell!?! I used to love this place, but won't be back. Mind you, there was only one other guy in the joint.

Good dessert place. I ordered chocolate deluxe waffle ! And it was great
Was here for shaved ice. The place has died down quite a bit since it opened so its easy to find a space to dine in. The service is slow even with very few customers in the store. The hand washing area in the back smells like throw up for some reason. Shaved ice was great. Got the q mochi and everything tastes great except the sweet potato ball with taro filling (taste a bit odd, hopefully it was still good). The ice was very flavorful soaked woth condensed milk and syrup. Eve. Creamier with the ice cream on top.
A less traditional form of boba; the balls are made of taro or yam, and it's more like a soup than a drink. Doesn't take long to get, either. The workers here are pretty good.
Services sucks!! They have a free wifi for customers but the service crew doesn't want to give password. Asked for a plastic bag for the to go food they won't provide unless we pay for it.
Ordered “shaved ice” but got “a big chunk of ice”. Picture was taken within 1 min after receiving food, in store.Asked employees in the store, who told me bluntly: “this is how it is with to-gos”, and did not do anything, no refund, no replacement.I ordered to-go only because I would not be able to finish all in store, not because I wanted a huge piece of ice. And for clarity, it is called “shaved ice” for to-go, but just do not expect it to be shaved.Giving 1 star for the food and 0 star for employee response
