A neighborhood gem serving the usual Chinese takeout fares as well as more authentic dishes. There is something for everyone to enjoy. I personally really like the dan dan noodles, fried rice as well as a number of the chicken and beef entrees. Very reasonable price and generous portions that are great for sharing.

Ordered potstickers and they were still hard and had that frozen dough taste, like they didn’t cook it all the way. Same thing with the orange chicken. It was room temp despite ordering 10 min before and the sauce was still in its gelatin state. Maybe make sure the food is cooked all the way before serving? The vegetables in the chow mein tasted dirty, like they weren’t washed. The noodles itself were dry and bland. Not worth the $80 we depend on food.

It’s a very casual place with very good food. They custom make the level of spiciness to request with most of the dishes. Cheaper than some of the nearby Chinese restaurants. Will be eating there again.

OMG the Szechuan food here! I was searching for one thing…amazing Mapo tofu…and they did not disappoint. The chili oil wontons were also the best I ever had, and the dry fried string beans were 11/10. Insanely delicious meal, incredibly fast service, reasonable price. Get here.

The chicken wings were so good I have a new found hope for my existence. 😂 Okay seriously, may be one of the best chicken wings I have ever had. Potstickers were amazing too. Service couldn’t have been better and pricing seemed fair. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, I will be returning soon to be blessed by more chicken wings.

I never go out of my way to write reviews, especially because I find that most restaurants I try are mediocre and not worth reviewing. However, Spicy House far exceeded my expectations and I felt compelled to write a review after my delicious meal there.
We ordered the dry hot chicken wings, spicy cabbage, and Szechuan Hot Spicy Fish. All three dishes were incredibly flavorful. The cabbage was the spiciest and I couldn’t handle it as well as the other dishes, but it was so good that I couldn’t stop eating it. The chicken wings had an amazing crisp to it, and the sauce was comparable to San Tung’s. The fish was so tender and soaked up a lot of the flavor of the soup that it came in (and the fillets were sizable too). All three dishes were perfect accompaniments to white rice. For three people, it was the perfect amount of food.
The servers there were all so nice, attentive, and friendly to everyone that came in. The place itself is very down to earth and I felt very at home and cared for. Will be adding this place to our rotation of restaurants to eat at now!

The staff was really nice to us but, I’m pescatarian so I got shrimp dumplings and when I got them i could taste that they had chicken in them, which sucks and I feel like someone should’ve told me. Because on the menu it just said, steamed shrimp dumplings and there was no mention of chicken in the dumplings.
