As a Mexican food enthusiast. I'm not easy to please but I have to say Mi Guadalajara has great food, very authentic and the owner happens to be the cook and is súper-nice. Try the burritos and the torta ahogada.
Fresh ingredients... bien frescos ingredientes.. try the pozole or the menudo by Don Ramon.. the chef... only on weekends but a great burrito on any Taco Tuesday.. here you will find.

Authentic Tortas ahogadas and menudo estilo Jalisco! I would recommend these to anyone who want to try these delicious dish typical of Guadalajara. It taste just like home. The tomato sauce is tasty and the beans with toasted pork is a must. The owner Don Ramón is very kind too.
