BEST ALFAJORES HANDS DOWN! Rosi's Dulce de leche ALFAJORES are delectable, not too sweet, moist shortbread cookies with a dulce de leche filling dusted lightly with powdered sugar. It is always a party favorite! I'm so glad Rosi opened a bakery with even more delicious treats to try.
Came to try the famed alfajores and they did not disappoint. The minis are now 10 for $7. The cookies were amazing! The shortbread was buttery and soft, the dulce de leche was smooth, and the dusting of powdered sugar was just enough to emphasize the all the flavors of this sweet treat. It was a good move by me to buy just two boxes for my team because that meant that I had to limit my intake to ensure everyone had at least 1 also! This is more of a to-go place than a nice restaurant to eat at. But their food is high quality!! It's my go-to spot for salchipapas, they've got the best ones I've ever had. And their empanadas and alfajores are excellent as well!!!
