“Incredible hidden gem. This place serves authentic tapas style Latin cuisine and everything is tasty. The ceviche is specially great - high quality fish and fresh flavors. Quite surprised a restaurant like this is casually located in the outer sunset. It’s a matter of time til an influencer puts this place on the map and it gets busy.“

The food was so tasty and authentic. The drinks were perfection. And the servers and bartender really are fantastic. They make you feel like you are part of the family!

“I got the Mostritos plate from Roosters Peruvian Food, and it was amazing! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous, and everything had great seasoning. Definitely one of the better Peruvian dishes I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend! 🔥🇵🇪“

“El Dorado was a wonderful experience. The ceviche is awesome. We also had the arroz criollo which we couldn't stop eating. My son also had the churros with Chocolate sauce for dessert and loved it. If you are staying in the Union Square area and want to get away from the touristy restaurants, this restaurant is an easy 3-4 block walk and definitely worth it.“

“The ceviche is my favorite dish here! The fish is always incredibly fresh, perfectly marinated, and full of flavor. I love the traditional sides of sweet potato, corn, and crunchy toasted corn that make the dish complete. Every bite tastes fresh and authentic. If you’re visiting for the first time, I highly recommend trying the ceviche.“

“Delicious chicharron sandwich! The portion was generous, the meat tender and juicy, and the sweet potato was an unexpectedly nice touch. The red salsa that comes on the side is quite spicy and a bit acidic, which works to complement the meat perfectly. I had a latte, too, which was well prepared. Will definitely be back!“

“We had dinner here after work event. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but it was early. The food was fantastic, the presentation was excellent, and the employees were very kind. I would definitely go here again, I had the ceviche it was superior. I also had a mango drink which was delicious. Parking can be a little tricky but we lucked out and pulled in right as somebody pulled out and were able to park right in front of the restaurant.“

“The Green Enchilada offers healthy, clean, vegan or carne options. Every item on their menu can be made with tasty tofu as the protein. Or, if you don't like tofu, just order grilled veggies. I like to mix tofu and grilled veggies in my burrito, bowl or tacos. For those who need it, gluten-free is also available. I'd rate this place a 5 if I could. There's value in the fact that I can eat a tasty vegan meal and my husband can have carne asada fajitas....at the same restaurant!“

“I rarely post reviews but had to chime in as this was such an outstanding experience with Lima Peruvian! I catered an event in my home and the food arrived on time, piping hot, carefully marked for ingredients and allergens and was just so delicious. I received countless compliments and requests from guests to find out where the food came from. The order included a mix of meat, meatless and vegan offerings that really hit the spot. In particular, the Loma Saltado, Aji de Gallina (Creamy Yellow Chicken), Seco de Pollo (Green Herb Chicken), Vegan Split Pea Amarillo and rice were outstanding. Thank you Lima Peruvian!“
