“Awesome location with a great selection and top notch quality. The Dorado en salsa de mariscos had the best scallops I've eaten along with a beautiful piece of mahi mahi and a beautiful prawn. The La podersoa with chicken got a great review and everyone left happy. Definitely worth a drop in.“

“I love this place! The interior is nice the security guys are nice and friendly and I feel like I am in a nice supper club. And best of all they seem to have a lot of Latin music. My friend and I had a great time. The one very important feature that I would hope would be greatly considered is to put in nice wood floors or anything that doesn't stick. I am a salsa dancer and no serious salsa dancer would dance on this floor because it is sticky. You can hurt your knees as a woman doing turns on a sticky floor. I will return but I don't plan on dancing while I am there which is unfortunate. Have you ever tried to dance on carpet? I was there on October 14, 2023.“

We ordered Lomo Saltado and the size of the dish is good. the meat, you can taste the leche de tigre to add the extra flavor. They don't have liquor license as of yet.“

“La Fusión was an amazing find by one of colleagues. This was suggested as a team outing since we finally have a full team now! They opened around 11:30, but to our surprise there was no line and no one at the restaurant at all. We were seated and greeted immediately by the manager and staff there. This is close by to Sajj Mediterranean! This is a smaller restaurant, but there are plenty of tables and chairs at the bar to enjoy everything. Everyone was super nice and friendly, and they made sure to go over the menu with us, as well as any specials they had.Water was being brought to our table before we ordered anything. I ended up getting the como saltado and that was $34. My team also ended up getting one of each empanada to share among us. Everyone else got the same item, or the rotisserie chicken. The como saltado was delicious! It was made fresh to order and I absolutely loved the flavors of this dish. You got chunks of tender, juicy beef with refreshing chunks of tomato and French fries! I typically have a love hate relationship with tomato's, but I ate everything UP. This does come with a bed of rice which was cooked perfectly. The only empanada I got to try was the seafood one. That one as delicious and I loved the outer shell, which was super crispy. Definitely a great starter to our meal. I'm not too sure how much we paid since our supervisor paid for our meal, but this is definitely on the list to come back again! Very pleased with our experience, the service, and how warm + inviting everyone is.“

“Heard about this new place on IG and knew I had to give it a try. Peruvian food is one of my top 3 so I was so excited. The restaurant is located on the industrial side of Cesar Chavez, right off 280. There aren't any other restaurants or bars nearby. Plenty of parking during dinner on a weeknight. The ambiance is causal and spacious. All the staff were attentive and very nice. Even the chef came out to ask us how our dinner was and thanked us for stopping by. All the flavors are there and each dish was really pretty. My favorite had to be the tallarines verdes. We ordered them as a side dish which isn't an option on the menu, but the chef accommodated us. Only thing I wish was that they had more wine options. But I'm sure that'll improve with time. Here's what we ordered: Lomo Saltado with Filet Mignon-10/10 Bistec a Lo Pobre-8/10 (wish my egg was a little more runny but still soooo good, could have done without the fries) Tallarines Verdes-10/10 Pisco Sour-9/10 It wasn't very busy which is expected being that it's fairly new. I really hope more people hear about this place because the food is solid! Excited to try more from their menu.“

“The food is amazing! We got the Ceviche Limeño de Tuna as our appetizer. It was delicious, a beautiful lemony tang. One of the best tiger milks I’ve had in the USA.As our main entre we had La Gran Jalea and Lomo Saltado. It is a huge portion and would recommend as a family dish. You can share with +4 people it’s a grand portion. All the seafood that comes in the dish is fried and crispy. The sauces are everything, but do not miss out on the salad that comes with the dish! It compliments the fried food well! The lomo saltado was so tender and juicy. The vegetables and fries keep their integrity which is sometimes hard to do with Lomo Saltado. Highly recommend! The service was also swift and attentive. The ambiance is lively with great Latin hits. I’d recommend for a girls night out to get the vibes started.“

My friends who are into sweets really liked the tequeños. I probably would not get the ceviche again.Great pisco sour and great service!“
