Place an order on my mobile app. Go in to pick it up, order was made wrong, you remake both Starbucks Double Shots on ice and then hand it out to someone else because you called the wrong name... Thank you for 1) my refund in 3-5 day and 2) for the 2 $4.00 coupons. However the excuse about being short staffed, you had 6 people working...YOU WERE WRONG ALL THE WAY AND NO I WILL NOT BE BACK...Thank you Starbuck's @ 321 Gellert in Daly City...I'll take my business elsewhere !
