This is a staple every time we visit California. We have been going there for 10 years since they were a popup coffee stand. My wife loves their coffee so much, we waited for an hour for them to open so she could get a coffee before we flew back home.
Whenever I am in San Clemente I like to visit Bear Coast because they make their almond milk in house.?Such nice people behind the counter a definite local favorite. I LOVE matcha lattes and theirs is pretty good.However, in all the years I’ve visited it seems the matcha is constantly watery.Making a matcha latte means mixing powder into a paste with a minimal amount of hot water.Then add the honey to the paste (if that’s your choice).
