We had intended to go to a different restaurant this night and stumbled upon Carmelita’s and I’m so glad we did! This was my first time in and everything was super good. Taste was excellent, atmosphere was great, sat outside, but beyond everything the service was remarkable. We sat at Eddie’s table and he greeted us with such care and intention, we thought he was the owner of the restaurant. He was so kind, funny, personable, and had great recommendations on the food. Food is amazing, we got the grilled steak salad and chicken fajitas and both were delicious and flavorful! Ambience is great as they play light music, the world cup games were on, and the staff were very friendly. we finished off with the flan and it was perfect, great texture, sweetness, you could share with 2-3 people! Would definitely recommend to anyone around the dana area
