Nice bar. Good food. Fair prices. It can be a bit loud. Nice outside tables with ocean view. Weather permitting. Service was excellent.

Parking: Free lot shared by other stores. Easy to find a spot later in the day.

Kid-friendliness: Bar kids not allowed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty sure it is wheelchair accessible. Would be a long walk tho.

Good food, great service & amazing view of the beach/ocean. For you sports fans, this is a great place to watch Football with friends. They also serve bottomless mimosas for those champagne 🍾 lovers. Lastly, their did has a Hawaiian flare & if you love Loco Moco, it's a MUST try!!

My mom and I came in on a Monday to catch the sunset and grab some drinks and a snack. We took advantage of the $5 mai-tais and got nachos from the happy hour menu. Small but yummy drinks. I don’t usually even like Mai-tais. And the nachos were really good. Our server was super sweet and helpful and brought water for my dog. I’ll definitely be back with my husband. Can’t wait to shoot some pool and hangout longer.

Well! Well! The Sandboard.com crew just spent a week at Capistrano Beach and managed to catch up to the famous 'Happy Hour' at Sunset Bar and Grill. Emily was our server both visits and besides her ability to prove efficient even on a busy evening she also was amazingly personable with AND shares her wonderful smile generously! The food ( Sunset Tacos ) and drinks ( Sunset Mai Tais & the Fireball shots ) were right on target! We drive all the way down from Sand Master Sandboarding Park on the Oregon coast to experience the change of scene 'get away' at Capistrano Beach each year and Sunset Grill is always on our itinerary! But that's not all...the manager is an amazing fellow named, Scotty and he truly knows how to make you feel welcomed. We had a couple nice chats with him and feel like we made a friend all the way around.
