Fast, friendly service. My special request was granted without hesitation. Had The Brig Cheeseburger. Large, filling with breaded fries and Cole slaw. Done well (although slaw may have been past its prime, still tasty.)
I spend two weeks in Dana Point every year to go fishing and whale watching and so forth. Several years ago I ate a steak sandwich at the brig restaurant. It was not good. Today I gave the brig a second chance. I ordered the fish and chips. They were the best fish and chips I've had ever in my life. A few nights ago I ordered fish and chips at Jimmy's across Dana Point Harbor Drive.
