The Bridges hamburger is excellent, though it could be served a bit warmer. The salad that comes with it has too much oil. After the recent change in ownership, the restaurant has maintained the same high-quality menu, with dishes cooked to perfection. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the service is generally good, though there was some confusion about seating. The salmon dish was dry, and the Chardonnay was served warm, for which the restaurant compensated. The rest of the food, drinks, and desserts were delicious.
