Chipotlane is an interesting idea. Keeps the store more open, allows more throughout. However, if they’re running behind, and don’t make people go around if their food isn’t ready, then everyone else in line is stuck and has to wait. We waited 20 minutes after our pickup time bc the two cars ahead of us sat at the window instead of making them go around or go inside. It’s chipotle. Food is definitely awesome. I’ll be honest I’ve avoided chipotles because of the reviews but for my first time using chipotlane, this location delivered. My burrito bowl came exactly how I ordered on app with extra rice/beans, and a few toppings / tortilla on the side. Portion were hefty, hot and fresh. Drive through took 20 seconds unlike Taco Bell next door. One of the best chipotle experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Place is very clean which is a plus and the outside area has a nice cozy feel to it. Portions are good not to sure about the other reviews but I was happy! Love Chipotle and this one doesn't disappoint 👌
