Seen the fluffy pancakes jiggle on a video and had to try it. Such a great experience. The pancakes were really sweet and delicious. I haven't tried any of the savory items but am looking forward to going back.
Very cool. Not your typical food selections. The fluffy pancakes taste different than normal pancakes. Very glad we decided to give it a try. Also had the eggs Benedict and happy with them. They were good (texture is different than normal due to no English muffins).
Food was decent but the staff comes off really rude and mine and my daughters food too a really long time to come out.

Fluffy Fluffy Cafe is a cute little restaurant with a very cool menu. The fluffy pancakes are sweet, delicious, and impressively fluffy, melting in your mouth. They are not too sweet and better than others. The eggs Benedict and breakfast sandwich are also amazing. The service is excellent, super sweet and attentive. Brekkie for dinner is a highlight. The food blew many away. It is a great experience and comes highly recommended. The portion size is generous. One of the best pancakes in town.
