Arrived and when the original waitress asked would I like a drink I informed her I already knew what I wanted. She said ok I'll send your waitress right over. I watched a couple get seated after me and then a group of 2 men seated after me. Both ordered drinks, received their drinks and placed their order. I waited an addition 3 or 4 minutes and walked to the waitresses who were all chatting it up with one another and asked for a waitress because I would like to place my order....read full review

Came here in between soccer games. It is hands down the best IHOP I’ve ever been to. Service was outstanding! Sofia and Lexi are super sweet. Breakfast was really, really good. Bathrooms were very clean. Just a very good experience for our family of 5! Thank you IHOP if Davis.

We had a marvelous time at IHOP in Davis CA on Nov 5, 2023. Impeccable service and the most wonderful waitress GENESIS! she was delightful and competent. We came in hungry and left satisfied. Mushroom and spinach omelette was divine! I politely asked for natural eggs and hold the hollandaise~~voila! healthy beautifully prepared fresh fresh spinach! wow! We did split one of the buttermilk pancakes and love love love those pancakes! WAY TO GO DAVIS IHOP.
