Fun outside patio and very good food. Has improved but still not up to the quality of the Sacramento location. Will try again. Service was super slow and unengaging but we were in no rush. Dinner crowd, staffed appropriately but customer service was lagging hard. Couldn't see why. Looked like alot of employee angst.
The food is ok, even good but not great. Fish tacos have the fish cut into small squares, which makes them dry and taste more like chicken than fish. Beef tacos are good and the beef is delicious. The portions are big, the chips are good and the hot sauce is hot.

We love this fantastic Mexican restaurant enjoying generous portions of authentic cuisine selections from an extensive menu. Amazing unique cocktails, wonderful prompt service, incredibly reasonable pricing for consistent quality which is why we keep coming back to now our favorite choice for dining in Davis. The enchiladas, rellenos, mole' dishes, fabulous guacamole, and refried bean appetizer are all excellent, served in an artistic and colorfully-appointed laid-back environment...
