Oh man! Where do I start!? Yakitori Yuchan is by far the best experience you’ll ever have with Yakitori it’s not that glazed mushy or rubbery chicken thrown on a menu as an afterthought, it’s a grilled succulent item treated with care, highlighted and enhanced by seasoning or sauce. The food reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking, and the yakitori is next level, with sophistication and a degree of skill you haven’t had outside of Japan.
