Came here for a brunch/lunch. I got the chilli and it was delicious and a large portion! I would definitely get it again. We sat outside and it was very peaceful and beautiful I loved it. We even saw a coyote! Service was great, and really the price wasn’t bad for the location and other factors.
Again I think they're severely understaffed. Nothing was wrong with the food or service but everything takes SO LONG. A lunch here took 2 hours total. Our server wasn't to blame he was alone waiting on the entire dining room with a single bartender to cover the entire bar. They probably had a single cook in the back! Honestly, the random patron just needs to realize that it’s a golf clubhouse in the middle of Death Valley…..
Options are understandably limited, and the food is mostly premade Sysco products. The chicken on the salad was clearly pre-cooked and pre-cut from a bag (long time food service guy here). The tortilla chips were slightly stale low-end tri-colors.
