“Solid spot! After working all night and wanting a breakfast burrito while working out of town and staying in Turlock. I found this spot. Ordered a Machaca burrito and an Al Pastor tacosl. Burrito was big and very tasty. The $5 Al Pastor tacos was delicious and the meat was browned up perfectly on the flat top. I wouldn't hesitate to come back just for the tacos next time. The salsa's I tried were ok and a little different than most other taco spots. The chunky hot salsa was the best of the three I tried.“

“I really don't want to write this review because i know what will happen so here is my story...I passed this taco truck on my way to pick up vax for my cattle at Lander's Veterinary Clinic a week ago. I was curious about the taco truck and asked the folx working at the vet clinic if they recommended the truck's food. They raved about it. Since I had cash I made the decision to stop on my way back home to buy some tacos and put them to the test...I'm kinda of a food snob.Here is what I ordered: (2) carne asada tacos, (2) al pastor, (1) lengua taco, and a (1) tripas taco to try out. I doubted they could do better than the taco places I grew up by in L.A..OMG! Shut the Front Door!!The tacos were so good that on my way back home to Oakdale, I ate most of the tacos. My husband is lucky he had two tacos leftover for his dinner. These were even better than any tacos I've had in SoCal!!It gets busy during lunch time so take a longer lunchbreak or get there early. I'm heading back soon and taking my boss and a few colleagues with me.Cash only business. Covered benches, no bathrooms, bring your baby wipes if you eat there.“

“I was driving by and was really hungry so i decided to stop in this lil shopping center that 3 trucks, but this one had the longest line so i thought it must be worth it....and it was. I got a super asada burrito and a jarrito for $12. The meat was seasoned perfectly and this mans salsa was spicy.“

And they've improved things to be more efficient. I like the new order buzzers so I can chill in my car while I wait for food. “I absolutely love this taco truck. I will drive 45 minutes just to come get some chips and guacamole. The chicken taco salad is always a hit and is enough to get you full on and have delicious leftovers. They use the freshest ingredients and I've always been met with a smile. Alana has always been so kind when taking my order and the cook Javy works really hard to get the food out promptly. There is always a continuous flow of people which shows the quality of the food and the amazing service. It's easy to support a truck like this when you are getting a 5 star service.“

“Bought: 3 tacos asada, no onions, no cilantro (yes, I know... blasphemy!) Short Version: "Par" tacos that improved to "good" after applying lemon, for good price. Long Review: Tortillas on the tacos are on the smaller side of normal, doubled up as usual, and has a corn-ier flavor. Meat is finely chopped, and tastes alright on its own, with occasional chunks of fat blended in (which could be a plus or a minus, depending on your tastes. See picture). Sauce on its own is alright, and moderately spicey. The portion is a dollup in the middle (see picture). I feel like the tacos with more sauce were better, so I'm inclined to suggest to the owner to slightly increase the amount on the tacos. However, it would also make them a bit spicier, so might turn off more sensitive customers. (Keep in mind, this is without cilantro or onions) On my first taco, I tried it unaltered and had nothing particularly positive or negative to say. It was ok, if a bit on the bland side for what I would expect. For my second taco, I grabbed a slightly saucier one and this time generously applied lemon to it. This taco was much better, really livened it up. I still am not sure I would put it at the best of the best, but for $1.50, I was pretty happy. For the third, I added the jalapeno into the mix, and liked the additional kick, but it had less of the lemon juice (used much on #2) and salsa, and that flavor didn't come out quite as much. Overall, about even with #2. Two lemons would have been a good idea. Service was part, although truck operator (owner?) acted a little odd (anxious? Confused? Suspicious?) About me taking pictures and such. Seemed ok after I explained it was for Google. I didn't use the radishes. No comment on any other menu items (burritos, quesadillas, etc), because I didn't buy them.“

“Local neighborhood place that is amazing great food at a value I didn’t know still existed in California. Stopped on my way through to kings canyon and couldn’t be happier I did. Tried all four types of tacos and couldn’t have been happier with my move. The bakery goods were so fresh and amazing. Cannot recommend them enough!“
