“The food is bomb. The Mac n chicken is super good and so are the sandwiches. I wish they had a Louisiana hot chicken option as it would be better, but it's still pretty good. They've got really good Mac, but could use sharper cheese for more of a kick. Also, the drinks aren't all that bad.

P.S. We compete in the JDM game so come to me for cars, maintenance, and service, but go to them for food because I only cook for my kids lol.“

“Stopped in and got some of the Dave chicken bites. The medium and the hot boy are the hot ones. You can smell like when it comes to the table how hot it is. The spice is just oozing off of it. I got a side of cheese for the fries and only a couple of the cheese sauce. The chicken is hot and fresh and super spicy with lots of flavor. The pickles are a really good addition the cheese with the fries is super tasty. If you’re not into season on your french fries seasoning, not salt the Dave sauce kinda taste like a Chick-fil-A not a ranch they clean restroom. Lots of parking. Everyone was really nice 10 out of 10. Recommend this location. They also have baby ice and you get to fill up your own drink. They have no drive-through..“

“The lemon pepper chicken, so crispy and tasty. The ranch and comeback sauce enhanced the already great taste. Cajun fries were excellent 👌 😋 the 4 piece was too much for my Son in Love and I. The best so far has been the breakfast burrito, followed up by the signature Egg N Bird breakfast sandwich (Choice of Grilled or Fried Chicken, Fried Egg, Bacon, American Cheese, Spicy Honey and Crack Sauce on a Toasted Brioche Bun). The burrito is listed on the menu as the, Super ENB Burrito (Chopped Fried Chicken, Scrambled Eggs, Shredded Cheese, Fries, and Crack Sauce wrapped in a Flour Tortilla). The coffee wasn’t too good, just stating the facts… worse than a 6 hour old AM/PM gas station coffee. “This was a really great place, with the food being aweome for a few reasons:
1. The employees and owner were super cordial and very professional.
2. The food was very excellent; with the powered cheese fries being so creative, and I couldn't get over them. Its like powered popcorn, but potato fires, super weird, super creative. I loved it. The chicken was also very awesom, I recommend the secret sauce.
3. The place was clean, had cool shows and music broadcasting with aesthetics that fit for this establishment.
Overall, This place is a Must Be when passing by. You will not be disappointed.

By the way, not sure why some people are giving this place low star's; I've grown up in bad, to good area's, so I know a thing or two, and know that this must be down bad people with a bit of money, or bad attitudes, and just want a free meal or hate on people doing good. You still keep rocking BBQ Chicken. Cheers!“

“MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE THIS TIME AROUND!!!!
Maybe they have new employees or new management but this time around the experience was much better. The order was CORRECT! Unlike last time. Also, the service was much quicker.

I swore to never come back to this restaurant after the last time when we had a terrible experience a few months back. We had several items missing and we had to wait almost 45 minutes.

We had a large order, so we just drove home. We got everything, but the salad was missing. We then checked the receipt, and it was not on it. I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Breakfast Factory in the Brea Mall food court, and let me tell you, it was a very tasty experience! While they offer some mouthwatering breakfast burritos that caught my eye, I decided to try their smash burger menu this time.

I went for the double cheeseburger smash burger combo, which came with a generous portion of crispy fries and a drink that had free refills—always a plus! The burger was a true standout, featuring their house sauce that reminded me of a delicious Thousand Island dressing, along with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection.

I was thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to go back and try their breakfast offerings and other menu items. If you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying meal, The Breakfast Factory is definitely worth a visit! Five stars all the way!“

“Came on Thursday, The manager Juan is the reason this place is amazing, the crew all looks happy and he made my pregnant wife a custom shake! Said they use to serve it, They were busy and he still took the time to make sure we were taken care of. The food was great and spicy the sauce was absolutely the best with the chicken tenders. Our kid comes here for lunch from the high school he says the same about Juan and the girl couldn't get her name but she's always there most mornings. When I saw there was one here in Fullerton I had to compare and it’s spot on! Biscuit was nice and dense and smothered honey with a perfect crispy top, Mac n cheese is creamy. The drive-thru was packed, so we decided to go inside, only to find it just as crowded, but the wait was shorter than it would have been outside, which was a plus. The interior was clean, and the staff, as always, was friendly. I enjoyed my usual chicken sandwich with cheese, or sometimes the Cobb salad with avocado dressing. The lemonade here is fantastic!
