This is the third time I've been to this location and I have to say that the customer service is lacking in the courtesy department and it just makes for a not to good of an experience, you might think that if the service is not good why go back at all, well it's because I want to give everyone a chance to do better, but this (in my opinion) is something that they don't try do at this.
Confirmed why I hate the kfc in diamond bar, ca. I’ll get kfc when that fool leave. funny thing is you won’t be at kfc forever. so those selfish bye has no power. Sandra ex-chola has to go.

Terrible 8 peice combo. Fries and bisquits were hard. The chicken was not fresh chicken. They did not give us any forms, napkins, butter or honey. Very disappointed. And this was not the first time!
