Since I was part of the original crew that opened The Diamond Bar Del Taco in 1973, I thought it only fitting that I should swing by on the 50th anniversary for dinner while I was in the neighborhood. The names have changed and the restaurant is a bit older, but the food has consistently stayed the same.
