It's a bit suspicious when you pay inside and the card reader at the register is always broken. The last several times it hasn't worked, and they take my card to the drive thru area to run the card. The 2nd register up front is also broken!Your register system makes your store money without them there's no point being open anymore.

Shake machine is always down so I stopped asking. Last night I saw the car in front of me receive a shake. When I asked if I can add one to my order the trashy drive thru lady said “We’re all out”. I told her I just saw her give one out. Her reply was “that was the last one”. Called that witch a liar. Lying, trashy, incompetent staff. Stay away.

Never open 24 hour's like it says online... Every single time I pull up to it after 12:00 and no one will answer through the drive-thru. Say hello. Nothing they'll hide in the back pretend like they're not open when it says it's open 24 hours. If it's not open 24 hours just don't be open but if you're getting paid to just sit there and not do anything come on..... Very frustrating. I'm a local too and I would give them a lot of business. Very unfortunate

Since I was part of the original crew that opened The Diamond Bar Del Taco in 1973, I thought it only fitting that I should swing by on the 50th anniversary for dinner while I was in the neighborhood. The names have changed and the restaurant is a bit older, but the food has consistently stayed the same. The store was very clean, The employees were very friendly and hard working, and the food was great as always. I showed the kid at the counter my name badge and the original 1973 black and white picture. I think he was in shock that someone from way back then was still alive LMAO! ? I have always loved the Del Taco Brand. Yesterday, today, and forever. Way to go Del Taco. ? ? ? ?

Had to send a positive review for this location. Been coming here forever, and although there have been times in the past where the food and service were below standard, this has improved. Staff was pleasant and there were no issues with the food. The location is not the newest, but the staff keeps the inside clean. I recommend using their app for discounts and freebies.

This del taco is on my way home from work. The guy at the window during my 1pm to 2pm drive home, is so friendly and accommodating. I love stopping by here. The customer service is fast, friendly, and accurate. I have not had any trouble at this del taco. Will always be stopping by here any chance I get.

It's in a busy shopping center in Pomona. So the atmosphere is not all that great. It's not bad but the food is delicious, especially tacos de cabeza.Parking: Some parking is tight due to the many businesses but you will always find a space.
