I recently had the chance to try out the new Denny's location in Brentwood, CA, off Brentwood Boulevard. I was initially skeptical, as I hadn't had a particularly positive experience at Denny's in the past. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the California Skillet with chorizo, which was a generous portion of scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, onions, and melted cheese, all served sizzling hot on a cast-iron skillet. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dish was quite satisfying. To accompany my meal, I opted for the bottomless mimosas with orange juice, which were refreshing and a great way to start the day.

The skillet came with three flour tortillas, which were perfect for scooping up the delicious filling. While I appreciated the generous portion size, I did find the tortillas to be a bit dry.

The wait for a table was about 20 minutes, which is understandable considering the popularity of this new location. However, the wait was made more bearable by the efficient QR code payment system when it was time to leave, which allowed me to pay my bill from my seat.

The restaurant was packed, and the service was surprisingly good. Our server was attentive and friendly, and our food arrived promptly. The overall value of the meal was excellent, with affordable prices for a satisfying breakfast.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this Denny's location to anyone looking for a good breakfast spot in Brentwood. I'll certainly be back again, and I'll be sure to bring a friend to enjoy the delicious food and friendly atmosphere.

Room for improvement: The arcade game should be moved to make more room for those waiting. I didnt see any outside heaters, but maybe I missed it. This would likely convince more people to eat outside.

“Seems like the review by John Lie must have been confused, because this is a restaurant on a golf course, not a hotel. My fiance and I are planning our wedding here (Wedgewood Weddings partners with the Nines Restaurant) and every time we come by for a planning meeting we come eat at the Nines Restaurant. In particular we as always hope to see the bartender Jeff; whenever we stop in he gives us superb service, going above and beyond. (Good enough that we specifically requested he bar tend our wedding)“

So we walked right in with greetings and a server to our tables and he begun to take our drink orderz. I ordered the cowboy long island and it was decent give it a 3 stars for it was a weak poor. But we order spme appitizers and soup. We had thd prime rib sandwich and it was bomb. Had patato skins mmmm the best and also was the fried zuchini. The patatoe soup took long maybe because of lunch but was delicios. The have some clean bathrooms too mens has two stalls and a stand up urinal. Great service and food . “I recently had some teeth pulled and haven't been able to eat many foods. My girlfriend wanted ribs so we went here to get her some. I ask the lady I wished u got her name very helpful. I told her my situation and she said I would be able to eat the ribs with the way my teeth were so I got me and my girlfriend ribs chicken and tri-tip I had ribs baked beans and mash potatoes. I haven't ate like that in so long and had no problem the ribs fall right off the bone and they are fantastic. Beans the same my God they were so tasty. Anywho I would give this place a ten for delicious 😋. Take my word or stop by for yourself you will not be disappointed....Emmmmm Gooooood“
