“the loaded fries are soooo good. It has like a beer cheese sauce, sprinkled cheese on it, meat pieces i think bacon, and straight cut fries. Pizza is good too but the sauce was a lil sweet for me personally. Thick crunchy crust and great mozzarella cheese. Staff is soooo sweet and lovely. Compostable straws which i love as someone who cares about the planet and all that good stuff. beautiful view of the golf course but all the best view tables were reserved and left empty the whole hour i was there. You should visit if you find yourself in Rio Vista, its open to all not just members of the 55+ community“

“Small-town cafe with lots of regulars, good service, and a solid understanding that what makes an omelet worthwhile is the fillings. Ambiance is unpretentious, even faded. Omelet is stuffed with fillings that taste like they're supposed to taste. Hashbrowns are meh, biscuit is quite good.“

“So let me start out by saying I love this place!! I discovered this little gem a few years ago while working in the area. (Rio Vista) Well ever since that day whenever I have work near by or I'm in the area (commuting to and from Sacramento for work) I try to stop by. So recently about a week ago I was coming from Vallejo headed back to Sacramento and needed a bite to eat bad. So I called to place an order over the phone. Only problem is they were closing in 15 mins and I was 20 mins away. The woman who took my order said she would wait for me. I got there 5 mins after they closed and she really kept her word. She had my food nice and hot and ready for me when I got there. She had the greatest attitude. Most people are ready to clock out after a hard days of work but she was so patient. She could have easily told me no they're closing and they couldn't take my order but she did and I'm so thankful. I'm definitely locked in for life now.“
