The place is clean, with plenty of tables, and looks great and very welcoming. The staff is friendly, helpful with the menu, and attentive, making every meal feel special. The portions are incredibly generous, with really big servings for a great price. The food includes tender pork ribs, juicy beef ribs, and perfectly smoked tender ribs that fall off the bone. The baseball cut top sirloin is awesome, and the burger is delicious. The onion ring donuts are amazing, probably a favorite item. The steak dinner is cooked right. Ribs are really good and meaty. The environment is still how people remember it, and the food is solid for a decent and affordable bite of BBQ. The beef barley soup is fine, and the baked potato is small. The half chef salad is a strange salad with sliced pickles. Chris & Pitts proves why it’s remained a locals’ favorite for decades of hearty BBQ satisfaction.
