I always order the cheeseburger with potato skins. The burger comes with ciabatta bread which makes it taste so delicious. The potato skins come with this tasty sauce.

When they are open the food is good. Wish they had a phone number to call before driving down there as it’s about a half hour drive and the hours they have posted aren’t always correct. Drove down last night because google said they were open til 7, they closed before 630

Doesn’t look like much from the outside (or inside either) but the food was great. I got the cheeseburger. The bun and patty and veggies all looked and tasted great—not premade or frozen or overly processed. The back patio was a pleasant spot to dine overlooking the river. Two thumbs up.

Worse service ever experienced. Wait staff had just wiped the table - but not completely. We asked owner for napkins so we could do it ourselves. Jadaa - with much anger - asked us to wait for table to be cleaned or to leave. We explained the table had just been cleaned. He told us to leave. That was it. Just awful attitude- maybe good food- but yowza!!

I have had lunch and dinner 4 times in my long weekend stay at Downieville and being a European if I had to think of what American home made cooking is I would think of Jadaa’s Kitchen. It is unpretentious in its form but the ingredients and taste are top. I had both the Burger and the Stake and the quality of the meat was excellent. The last day I had a pasta dish with Shrimp that was delicious. And above all great service and dedication. You can tell by the dishes the amount of love and care they put in making it right. Thank you !!!

We had a few great meals here this past week, 3 actually, don't miss their steak, it's amazing. My kids loved the BLT's and my wife enjoyed salad's and a BLT as well.

Can't say enough about our experience here! I visited with a couple of coworkers well over a month ago and have been meaning to review since this place was just wonderful. We were so exhausted and very hungry after a long work day and every place in Downieville was closed. Unfortunately this place had just closed the kitchen too, but the person attending us was so, so kind and when she told us they could make us some potato skins and pot stickers anyway, we were thrilled. The food was incredible and she was just so kind, definitely want to go back!
