I had a great experience at the drive-thru today! Alexa was incredibly sweet, friendly, and professional while handling my order. She made the whole process quick and easy, and everything was handled perfectly. The caramel frappes were a 10/10 and tasted amazing. It’s not often that you come across such kind customer service, so I was glad I caught her name. Alexa truly made my visit enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you, excellent service! 😊😊

McDonald's offers great customer service, with a helpful manager and classic pop music playing. The food is hot and fresh, with a new cookie and creme pie that is awesome. Some customers find the service quick and staff kind, and they like the fries when they're fresh and the new mambo sauce for the chicken nuggets. However, getting condiments and service can be slow, and the food is not always consistent, with some items seeming not as fresh as they could be. The one-way "U" shaped driveway can be tricky to navigate, but overall, McDonald's provides a satisfactory dining experience.
