“On May 15, 2025 I had an order that was duplicated. I was not able to cancel online. I called the store and one of the servers was able to guide me through the app however I was not able to cancel. She could’ve hanged up and attended her customers in person, but she didn’t. She waited patiently on the phone with me. She was very patient waiting for me to login. Was not able to cancel order went in store and the server was able to help me and cancel my order through her supervisor over the phon. They have good customer service i’m very patient. I was grateful.“
“Ordered food for my daughter’s school through DoorDash. I needed the sandwiches to be cut in thirds and the app wouldnt let me customize so I called the store directly. They were so lovely. Said no problem they would handle it. Not only did they cut them but they also called to me say the sandwiches were picked up on the way to my daughter’s school. They went above and beyond. I will definitely order with them again. Absolutely spot on customer service.“
