We love Erik's normally so writing this review saddens me.
We have used the Dublin location on 3 occasions now while we await our San Ramon one to re open from its refit. The first occasion wasn't too bad however the 2nd occasion on the 30th March and the 3rd occasion today was very disappointing.
I went in both times and clearly gave my order and the sales assistant read it back as I asked for it yet on the second occasion the soups were luke warm at best and ingredients...read full review

The owners are always friendly, happy, and patient, which makes the experience much better. The service is prompt and accommodating. The interior is very nice looking, with plenty of booths, tables, and high top tables, making it a nice stop to dine in. Parking is easy as the deli is part of a small shopping center. It is a go-to for a last minute lunch or to grab a sandwich for long hikes.
