Employees treated us amazing, our daughter had a bit of a melt down at the end and they gave her a sucker and a stuffed animal to make her feel better. Overall amazing experience
Checked the website a few days before we went. It did NOT say that we would not be able to get in until 12:30 due to a private party. The website stinks. Other people also showed up at 10 and had the same problem.
So we killed time in Dubin for 2 1/2 hours since it was an hour and a half drive from home.
Waited in line only to be told we hadn't filled out a waiver on their poorly functioning computers. Waited in line again only to be told the waiver didn't show up...read full review
Truly the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. This establishment was closed for a private party when we got there. This was not listed on their website. We waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told we needed to go and fill out waivers. One sign amongst a clutter of information beside the door. One more sign high up on a wall.
