This Starbucks is the best I've found in the area, I drive from San Ramon to this location. The baristas are amazing – super friendly and they make my coffee perfectly, even when they are busy! ☕️ ✨
The only OG top notch customer experience store left in the state as far as I’m concerned. Just left so happy and my drink was perfect and thoughtfully made and everyone was kind and welcoming. As a former Starbucks employee, I’m impressed.
I went into this Starbucks 9/6/24 approximately 6:10 PM, which I live next-door to and been for years. I’ve always had OUTSTANDING customer service experiences here. Unfortunately, that day, I think the girls name was Michelle was on the register. She had a really bad attitude really horrible Customer Service very rude I even almost walked out. I was very nice and pleasant to her so I truly didn’t understand why I was being treated that way. I spend so much money with Starbucks...
