The only OG top notch customer experience store left in the state as far as I’m concerned. Just left so happy and my drink was perfect and thoughtfully made and everyone was kind and welcoming. As a former Starbucks employee, I’m impressed.
I went into this Starbucks 9/6/24 approximately 6:10 PM, which I live next-door to and been for years. I’ve always had OUTSTANDING customer service experiences here. Unfortunately, that day, I think the girls name was Michelle was on the register. She had a really bad attitude really horrible Customer Service very rude I even almost walked out. I was very nice and pleasant to her so I truly didn’t understand why I was being treated that way. I spend so much money with Starbucks...
Espresso drinks are usually made well. Difficult to get properly steamed and frothed milk at most Starbucks, but this location is usually pretty good. Register attendance and focus could be better... sometimes ling lines when not necessary.
