From the moment we walked into the Pizza Factory, the staff made us feel welcome. We asked for recommendations, and they were quick to tell us about the Awesome Pizza, which is appropriately named. They have WiFi and are always open when I visit Dunsmuir. Very good mini-pizza, salad, and root beer! The public restroom is a climb upstairs. They’re handy to STAGE stops.
I'm a bit disappointed in the service I received this week. I placed an order for a large pizza and upon arrival it was smashed so the delivery driver offered to fix it free of charge. When she brought back the second pizza to fix her mistake she still charged me for it! When I called a couple of days later to explain what happened and possibly be credited for their mistakes the shift leader told me it was ok and they would credit me only to call back later and say they wouldn't...read full review
