“Absolutely great experience. This is my first time visiting this starbucks location. I had a big group with me and the people on staff are so patient with our group. Many were not sure what they were going to order and it took a bit longer which held up the line. The staff working helped us out with figuring which drinks we wanted to order. Our order came out quickly. The store was clean and seemed kept up. Bathrooms were great for being in Chico.

“Fresh twisted cafe is an interesting place. They have lots of gluten-free and dairy-free options. We got a burger and were disappointed with the 1/4 lb patty on a 17$ burger. I was also bummed that a place that advertises gluten free has breaded fries only.
My cappuccino was great, and my wife loved her turmeric juice.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the menu setup was a bit eclectic.
There are some interesting pictures on the walls which I enjoyed.“

“People who know me also know that I am a Starbucks geek. It is my 'happy place.' Well, this store is one of the happiest (& I don't even live in Chico). The atmosphere is fun & friendly; music was great; great service--especially by the only male barista there at the time (whose name I regret I didn't get) who greeted EVERYONE & made each customer feel special. It's good that the Howard Schultz 'Starbucks experience' is alive and well here. Thank you.“

“I typically LOVE this little joint and I used to go here almost every day. I hadnt been in months until this morning when I had a craving for a dirty chai and a cinnamon raisin bagel. The girl at the front seemed to be having a bad morning, as we all do, so I didn’t think much of it. She didn’t make the right drink:( just a regular chai and my bagel was whole grain not cinnamon raisin:( only reason I didn’t ask for new ones is because I found out in the car on my way to work. Super disappointed. Still giving 4 stars because I love what they do for adults with developmental disabilities and usually love my order when it’s correct.“

“I have to go to this place every week now. Ordering is easy, convenient, and you don't have to talk to anyone if you don't want to (huge win for quiet people). Despite the small space and limited menu, the food and drinks hold up to the quality you'd find at the main location. You may have already driven past this place a few times, and especially if you work on this side of town, you should try it out.“

Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. Avocado toast which is the tastiest we have ever had. Strawberry lemonade was incredible. Not overly sweet, or syrupy, great flavor. Nice size. Next time I will try a dessert. I highly recommend this establishment.“
