“I have been a bigger Subway fan (before I knew what Jimmy John's was), and having had it twice now I am definitely a convert. The ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich is perfect. I am vegetarian, and the Veggie with your add-ons of choice make for a great meal!

I was also blown away by the service. The workers are so kind, and they don't rush you at all.

“When I worked in Hollywood, used to come here all the time. Glad to see still the same good food.

Got the Ceasar Chicken Wrap with a side of chicken pasta. If you want salad, you won't be let down with their popular Chinese Chicken Salad, you can add pasta to it also.

Update 6/21/2025: Food is still great. Only change is, no more inside dining. It was late night, almost closing time, so not sure if they have the tables and benches out during the day.

I brought a newbie here and he loved the rotisserie chicken.

“Nathan was EXTREMELY helpful to me. I created a subscription for a Sunday morning delivery and forgot I was going to be away. I stopped by the store, told him my dilemma and he kindly agreed to hold the order at the store for me to pick up in the afternoon. This also required him to cancel the Uber. “DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN FIND AMAZING GREEK FOOD @ THE L.A ZOO? I didn't, until now! Reggie's Bistro has to be one of the best places I've ate at in a recreational place (zoo, theme park, etc.). I got a falafel bowl and OPA was it delicious! It came with Quinoa, arugula salad, Hummus, Tzatziki, Artichoke, Roasted tomato, Cucumber, and Harissa oil! Not only was the salad tossed and mixed when it arrived to my table, but everything came out fresh! The dressing and veggies were phenomenal. Vegans and veggie addicts, you'll like this place! All the food items here are made to order! The falafel was perfectly crispy, I have zero complaints. I topped my lunch off with a large chocolate chip cookie and I was in heaven.

Reggie's is pricey but definitely worth the visit, dang this gator can cook! I also saw some delicious burgers, sandwiches and wraps on the menu. I wish I lived closer so I can visit everyday! The staff was pretty good, they took our orders quickly and were friendly enough. Drinks are self-served at the drinking fountain and you pick up your food when your handheld buzzer goes off.

My party and I didn't experience a long line or any craziness! Reggie's outdoor seating has shade covering all tables. The place is great for smaller groups and it's quiet. I will definitely be coming back!“

I have contacted the W. LA 2 time about this problem. I ordered on 7/15 and realized i scheduled it for 7/16, i called the restaurant, the woman over the phone said she cancelled it, i reordered it online, the delivery was done. the next day i got a text from door dash saying a driver was on the way to the location to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and they said they had no order, the driver also confirmed the order was canceled via text message. I had been waiting for the refund to post to my account and 10days later there is still no refund, no response from Zankou. I called the restaurant again this morning and spoke with Jaime and he insisted i needed to call doordash, doordash has no number to call, when you click help, it says to contact the store. this is a lot of money and i need to know how i am going to get it refunded when i have been sent in circles? this is the only way of contacting the company, no phone number, no one responds to the contact us form, no confirmation emails on orders. We go to Zankou 2-3 time a month, from the west LA location. I've ordered catering for work multiple times and we have never had any problems before. thats what makes this so hard to write. we have finally heard word there is going to be a zankou in the south bay and are family is very excited.

I'm just really disappointed in the way this has been handled.“
