Short and simple: Great food for the price. I strongly recommend the Shrimp tacos and their Poseidon tostada. Best thing ever! Side notes: Parking can be difficult, truck is parked on a main street. Cash only! They do not take cards of any type.
The chuck wagon is the predecessor of the modern-day food truck. A taco truck is a large box truck that has a small Mexican restaurant in the back. They are relatively common in L.A.. This has to be the best ceviche I've ever had. They serve it on a food truck and they have some seats by the truck to enjoy your food. Now you're thinking theres no way the food is fresh if its served on a truck. Well the quality and textures here are 5 stars. My friends and I ordered the Tacos de Camaron, Poseidon and Mixta.
