I love it l wish we had one in Phoenix
Delicious birria and agua frescas! Feels like a hidden gem. The outdoor patio is a nice vibe! Highly recommend this place

Amigos Birria Tacos East LA serves superb authentic street styled Birria tacos that never disappoint. The tacos sit on two thin tortillas soaked in consommé prior to grilling, leaving the edges perfectly crisp while the tortilla stays soft. The flavor is amazing, the birria is cooked just right, and the salsa has the right hint of spice. The deluxe plate is very good and everything is amazing, including the cheesy beef quesadilla and the flavorful tostada chips. The quesadilla de birria is really good. Most items are a 10/10, though the rice can be a bit dry and the radish slices were extremely bitter.
The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, which is very clean with lots of green and shade. It is perfect for a quick date. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly and kind staff. Current hours are Monday-Friday from 10AM-10PM and Saturday-Sunday from 9AM-10PM. It is definitely one of the best Birria spots in LA and is highly recommended.
