“On the way back for the morning, we stopped by Emmanuel’s Pizza and Bakery to get our lunch. This time, we bought a Large Pizza with 3 toppings ($32 inclusive of taxes) and we chose BBQ chicken, chorizo and mushroom which turned out to be very delicious. They were made-to-order and we waited for about 25 minutes for the pizza to be boxed up, fresh from the oven for us.

Back at our AirBnB, we found Emmanuel’s Pizza to be so delicious! Love the crust and the ingredients were also prepared separately. For instance, the BBQ chicken was so tender and flavourful. The portion and ingredients were also very generous – so much so that we could only eat 3 slices each and keep half the pizza for tomorrow’s breakfast. A really satisfying meal, reminding us that with the experience from Gianni’s and Emmanuel’s, USA does make excellent made-to-order pizzas...

“I ate at Pazzo on Wednesday and had a great experience. The restaurant is take out only. I ordered at the restaurant instead of on the phone. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The order took about 20 minutes and we had a drink outside while waiting. I HIGHLY recommend the shrimp and grits. Over anything else on the menu! And I was told the gnocchi was amazing too iAnd of course the pizza is awesome!“

“Hot, yummy, and always satisfying! We really loved Pizza Guys — especially the garlic roll appetizer. It was perfectly crispy with lots of garlic and cheese. The pizza is affordable, tasty, and reliable; we’ve been ordering from here even before moving to San Carlos. I’m excited to try more of their crust and sauce options next time. This location also offers vegan cheese, which we really appreciate. The owner is kind, the workers are humble, and the service is consistently good. We also love their pickup deal — spend over $25 and you get a free drink or ice cream. Right off the bat the worker saw me and my friends and suggested that we take a look at their special deals which was incredibly kind and definitely saved us some money! We ordered the 2 small pizza specials and chose the hot honey pepperoni and the garlic chicken. Both were very delicious but our personal favorite was the hot honey. “My family and I were searching for a great pizza spot near San Carlos and stumbled upon Impasto through Google Maps. I managed to snag a reservation just an hour beforehand, and I’m so glad I did because there were only two slots left. Shortly after we arrived, the place packed out—in the best way possible.

The interior is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I couldn't stop admiring the color palette and how well the entire design came together. Even the small details, like the flower vases on the tables, were incredibly thoughtful.

Our server, Jackson, was fantastic. He gave us great recommendations and, refreshingly, didn't make us feel uncomfortable when we decided to skip drinks that night—something that happens way too often at other places.

Every single thing we ordered was incredible, from the pizza and the roasted beet salad to the veal cannelloni special and tiramisu.

“We recently visited Tandoori Pizza in downtown Sunnyvale and had a great experience overall. We started with the masala potatoes as an appetizer, which were flavorful and well-seasoned, definitely a great way to kick things off.

For the main course, we tried the chilli paneer pizza, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were spot on, with a nice balance of spice and richness. “Was excited to try Tony Gemignani’s “Apricot Fields” slice (exclusive to Mountain View), and he did not disappoint. Chalk up another winner that went great with our Cal-Italia, and the Wise Guy. A little Hot Honey and extra fig preserve allowed us to add a custom touch as each desired. Can’t even complain about the wait for a closer Slice House, because I know Tony Respects the Craft too much to rush any location before they are up to the highest standards. Bravo!“
