“We went here on Easter Sunday for dinner. The place was clean and they have so many pizza options! We tried the Achari chicken pizza and it was absolutely delicious. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary Easter special chocolate chip cookie-pie which was so delicious. Really good service and we’ll definitely be going again.“
“Best paneer pizza I've ever had. The quality has remained excellent even after so many years. The dough is made in house, the paneer is generous, the pizza is tasty and looks great.I ordered a half and half medium size pizza - Vijayawada paneer and Butter paneer.“
“If you’re looking for a great Italian restaurant that serves great quality pizza and pasta and other delicious food. Giovanni’s is highly recommended. Reasonably priced $-$$ and will beat the taste of nearby fine dining brands. Very friendly staff makes it a comfortable place to enjoy lunch or dinner.Vegetarian options: They serve salads and meat free pasta!Dietary restrictions: They have limited gluten-free choicesParking: Open spaces are plenty.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Any age range!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible! Wheelchair ramp is available in front of establishment“
“Amazing pizzas at very affordable pricing and very fresh and quality ingredients used. Now who can beat that combination during these inflation times that too in Bay Area. We tried vegan pizza, Mexican and pepperoni pizza. I am no vegan but heard great things about this pizza from a friend so wanted to try. Really good pizza and they use daiya cheese as vegan substitute for chesse. My daughters enjoyed the pepperoni pizza and between 2 of them they finished a small pizza. Btw, they offer only 3 sizes: small, large and X-Large and small was more like a medium. For $11-13 for a smalll pizza with so many toppings, they were really a steal. The order was also made ready in 15 minutes after placing the order so the service is quick too. The crust was perfect think crust like NY style. Would definitely try again some other combinations next time.“
“On a trip for work stopped by for dinner and a beer by myself. SUPER friendly staff at the bar. Juan and the entire staff kept checking onto make sure I had everything I wanted. Great tasty burger and tried a few sample beers to find one I loved to order a glass. Excellent food and beer. Highly recommend“
“We routinely drive by this location and have talked about going and trying it for so long now since I've never had curry pizza in general, and last week I finally got the chance to! We got the Tandoori Chicken Pizza and the Curry Veggie Delight Pizza. Both were very tasty! I personally liked the tandoori chicken better, there was so much flavor! The thin crust was also very crispy and crunchy, but not hard. Staff was also very friendly and helpful--we called ahead with questions on some of the dietary restrictions (note: the vegan cheese does NOT contain any nut products)--and the staff was very kind in helping us and answering our questions. I would definitely recommend Curry Pizza House, especially the Sunnyvale location!“
“A very atmospheric and noisy Irish pub. Getting inside is like being transported to another country and discovering something new. We were there on Friday evening. You need to find a table yourself, so I advise you not to yawn and immediately go looking for it before someone more active gets ahead of you. On Fridays there are a lot of people and it’s almost impossible to find a free table, but we were lucky. I can also tell you - if you are very hungry, it is better to go to another establishment. For example, we waited for our order for more than 40 minutes and it was not happy. The service is quite long - it looks like the waiters can’t cope with such a flow of people. In general, the food is not bad, and the selection of alcoholic drinks, including beer, is quite good.“
“I found this location by accident working in the area. I was a bit skeptical when I first walked in as the place was dead at the peak of lunchtime. I ordered the lunch special #1 w/tax slightly over $18. You cannot go wrong with a hot pizza but the salad was super fresh and the portion was more than fair. Had a great lunch and got some work done in a nice clean atmosphere. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem of an Indian pizza place, and it exceeded all my expectations! As a vegetarian, finding unique and flavorful options can be a challenge, but this place truly delivers. The menu offers a delightful array of vegetarian pizzas with a distinctly Indian twist. The toppings and sauces showcase the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine, creating a culinary experience like no other. From classic paneer tikka to innovative combinations like spinach and fenugreek, every pizza is a flavor-packed adventure. The crust is perfectly baked – crisp on the outside and delightfully fluffy on the inside. The attention to detail in each pizza is evident, making it clear that the chefs are passionate about their craft. While I usually opt for takeout, I must commend this place for its exceptional food. The ambiance, though not extravagant, is decent, and they offer ample seating. I haven't personally tried the cheap beer on tap, as my focus has primarily been on the food experience. Overall, a solid five-star review for the culinary delights! Highly recommended!“
“Don’t let the construction deter you! You need to park in the parking lot, get out of your car, and walk on the sidewalk around the construction. The construction guys will let you in to the area. You can then enter the rear entrance of Jake’s.“
“The service at this place was top notch. There was a hiccup but the manager handled it professionally and efficiently. We came in about half hour before closing and there was a handful of college kids/young adults eating and drinking. Pretty cool looking beer wall but we didn’t partake it. Maybe next time. Highly suggest the chicken tikka pizza ?? sodas come in a can like a lot of the places around which is odd to me but refills kept coming.“
“I was pleasantly surprised at Gumba’s. It’s a neighborhood Italian place with tasty food. The minestrone and clam chowder were surprisingly my excellent. ‘Home made’ per the waiter.Pizza was just the type I like with a thinner crust and slightly crispy. Garlic bread great.Chicken parm sandwich was a little too cheesy but delicious. Calzone spot on.“
“Went for an early lunch and was the only person in the place. Ordering service was immediate and the person behind the counter friendly enough. Great salad bar!The same person who took my order also left my pizza sitting in the ‘order up’ window until I finally stood up to go behind the counter and get it myself, but the cook saw me and prompted them to give me my pie. If it was crowded/busy, ok but literally just me.That said, the pizza was great.Note, this place is expensive though!Salad bar, 10” 3-topping pizza ($20 by itself) and a drink was $40 after tax and tip (which like everywhere these days, they want you to give BEFORE you’ve experienced their food & service…)Atmosphere was good, the place seemed very clean and the music was very, VERY loud. An empty restaurant didn’t help that, for sure. It really was good, I just don’t know that it was $40 lunch for one good…Giving them the stars for quality over price.“
“Awesome place to hang out with friends or family. Staff is super friendly. Excellent pizza and value for money. Good veggie options. Coke machine with like 100+ selections. The place itself is nice and people there usually very friendly. I walked in 2 times and ordered at least 2 time in last 2 months.“
“Title: Authentic New York Slice Oasis in SunnyvaleMy recent visit to this hidden gem in Sunnyvale transported me straight to the bustling streets of New York City. Ryan, our gracious host, curated an unforgettable experience, guiding us through their mouthwatering menu with expertise.Upon Ryan's recommendation, we indulged in their Margherita pizza and ricotta pizza with garlic base, and let me tell you, they were culinary masterpieces. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, reminiscent of the finest pizzerias in NY.The beverage selection was equally impressive, with a delightful array of fountain drinks and a solid lineup of craft beers on tap, catering to every palate. What truly stole the show, however, was the authenticity of the pizza itself. The perfect blend of crispy crust, gooey cheese, and flavorful toppings embodied the essence of New York-style pizza, leaving us craving for more. The ambiance of the restaurant was the cherry on top, evoking the gritty charm of a New York subway, complete with bustling energy and urban vibes. But what truly set this experience apart was the hospitality. In a heartwarming gesture, Ryan surprised my wife and me with a fresh batch of cannolis, handcrafted especially for us as it was our first time visiting and coincidentally my wife's birthday. Such personalized service is rare to find, especially at a pizza joint, and it left a lasting impression. In conclusion, our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, earning a resounding 10 out of 10 stars. Whether you're a pizza aficionado or simply craving a slice of the Big Apple in Sunnyvale, this place is an absolute must-visit.“
