Bought an eight piece meal to go but when I got home there was only seven pieces. Please teach your employees how to count.
I used the app tonight for the first time, I should have just walked in....40 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I also should have checked before leaving the store, but they had everything checked off.....only to drive 30 minutes home and find out NONE of the sides were in the bags, but hey they'll offer $4.70 refund to make up for 2 large mashed potatoes, 1 large red beans and rice and 2 large coleslaw missing......if $4.70 covers all that then they are seriously over charging...read full review
Wasn't too happy with customer service.- Female cashier K...wasn't very welcoming. She rolled her eyes in front of the customer when presented with an alternative payment. Didn't offer the customer sauces, or even a "thank you".- Cook C...gave a big sigh when asked if they had more spicy chicken. Everyone in the line heard it.Be a little more professional when providing service to customers.

Popeyes, a popular fried chicken restaurant, offers a satisfying dining experience, according to reviews. Customers praise the quality of the original-style fried chicken and the delicious biscuits. However, some have noted issues with the customer service, such as a lack of professionalism and a less than welcoming attitude from the staff.
