I never had a bad complaint about the boba. The customer service is lacking though. Workers are on their phones. The time it took to heat up an empenada is the same time it would take to make one from scratch. Lowkey think they forgot about my order.
Shaquira is one of the kindest employees I’ve encountered here! I come in every now and then, and she provides such a welcoming experience. Today, she complimented my outfit, handed me my boba with a big smile, and genuinely wished me a great day. It’s little interactions like that that really make a difference. Thank you, Shaquira, for being so sweet and making my day even better! 💕
