“I never had a bad complaint about the boba. The customer service is lacking though. Workers are on their phones. The time it took to heat up an empenada is the same time it would take to make one from scratch. Lowkey think they forgot about my order.“

“I stopped by to try this boba shop recently and was impressed by the variety of different drinks! The cashier Nicole helped me decide on the mango moon smoothie, which was delicious and refreshing. The staff are very friendly and the service was quick. They handed out free samples of their Chamango drink which was also very good! I will be back to try a new flavor, thank you Tea Monks :)“

“This was my second time going to Royal Pearl; both times, the main server was very polite and regularly checked in on us. “First time visiting and went on a Friday around 6:30 PM during the farmers market. They were pretty busy, but the customer service stood out immediately! I was warmly greeted, which I really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience. The price for a 16oz taro with boba was about $7. I ordered my boba as a slushie instead of a milk tea & it was really good! Great spot for families and kids. I highly recommend and will return on a less busy evening.

“Small busy place with lots of options. I was there at 6:30 PM on a Wednesday and the place was humming. Even with 3-4 staff people working. Some people had pre-ordered and there was an Uber pick up while I was there. I got a Taro based drink as someone bought me one prior and I liked it.“

“Stopped by here after dinner wanting boba. It was my first time here. There was no other customers there, but a few people came in shortly after. I ordered the Coconut Milk Tea and added boba to it. It took a while to get my drink. The drink was really good and had strong coconut flavor which I like. The place is located in an weird spot with weird parking that I can see getting tight if there were more cars. The staff is friendly enough and had good knowledge of their drinks. I wouldn't mind coming back if I was in the area and wanting boba.“

“I tried the oreo brown sugar marble with SCC and boba drink and added crystal bobba and lychee jelly that honestly just surpassed my expectations.
The flavor was spot on, not too sweet, and the boba had the perfect chewy texture. It was refreshing and really hit the spot. Definitely one of the better drinks I’ve had recently.“

“Missed share tea when it was in convoy. I was happy to find out. They had one national city, one of my favorite places to get bubble tea. when I went there was only one person working. The lights were off. Pretty sure he was bored or hot or they’re trying to conserve energy. But it didn’t stop him from making the drink delicious. Cool place to chill in national city if you want some milk tea.“

“Giving this place 5 stars for their excellent service. I didn’t catch her name, but the young lady working there was very kind and let me know the drink could be remade if I didn’t like it. The drink was tasty!
I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite tea in SD, but there’s not many boba spots in east county, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars regardless. I’d definitely come again if I’m in the area :)“
