“My go-to boba spot ! This was my favorite place while getting out of Middle school / high school, and now I’m 20 and I still come here! The passion fruit boba (ice blended) is my usual but I see they have caramel frappes now , so I plan on getting that soon!“

“I stopped by to try this boba shop recently and was impressed by the variety of different drinks! The cashier Nicole helped me decide on the mango moon smoothie, which was delicious and refreshing. The staff are very friendly and the service was quick. They handed out free samples of their Chamango drink which was also very good! I will be back to try a new flavor, thank you Tea Monks :)“

“We ordered the salt and pepper chicken with fried rice, it was really good! This place is a hidden gem.
We also tried fruit tea boba and strawberry/lychee slush with mango star jelly with 50% less sugar, still bit sweet but so so good!!!! I want to try Pho next time, i bet it would be yummy too. Strongly recommended!“

“This location, in particular is outstanding because of the superior customer service. The cashier woman was the sweetest. She knew all the answers to all my questions I had and helped me make my decision. I ordered the lavender Matcha milk tea with sea salt foam 1/2 sweet. Good choice for me, she knew what I would like. I appreciate her help. The drink was creamy smooth and extra tasty. Happy I chose this location.“

“This location is pretty consistently good but there have been a few times they were out of boba (always near closing so our own fault) and the parking lot scares me 😂. But the drinks are always made perfectly and when they have boba (which they do most of the time) the texture is perfect!“

“I tried the oreo brown sugar marble with SCC and boba drink and added crystal bobba and lychee jelly that honestly just surpassed my expectations.
The flavor was spot on, not too sweet, and the boba had the perfect chewy texture. It was refreshing and really hit the spot. Definitely one of the better drinks I’ve had recently.“

“I enjoyed a beef banh mi from this Vietnamese eatery. The only thing was when I ordered it, I thought it was going to be pieces of grilled beef, like the picture showed and the way the BBQ pork comes, but the beef was more like sliced meatloaf.
The banh mi was good however, just a little on the dry side, the meat that is, but it was well seasoned and tasty. The the sandwich came with fresh Julienned carrots and daikon, fresh sliced jalapenos, and cucumbers. It came garnished with fresh cilantro sprigs, but was missing a spritz of fish sauce. The French baguette was great and are baked in house. I think they should offer a side of fish sauce and/or a hot sauce with the banh mi sandwiches.
The service was friendly. They offer a small amount of inside seating but none outside. They offer a large amount of banh mi sandwiches and milk tea beverages.“

“Our go to spot for milk teas with BIG & mini boba. The tropical fruit tea with green apple jelly will forever be my drink of choice. I’d love if they also offered Thai Coffee alongside their Thai Tea but then I’d have to move in and start paying rent. Definitely recommended!“

“I tried the Yakult Lemon Jasmine Green Tea at Happy Lemon, and it instantly became one of my go-to drinks. “Missed share tea when it was in convoy. I was happy to find out. They had one national city, one of my favorite places to get bubble tea. when I went there was only one person working. The lights were off. Pretty sure he was bored or hot or they’re trying to conserve energy. But it didn’t stop him from making the drink delicious. Cool place to chill in national city if you want some milk tea.“
“U can order online & walk in to pick up. No more waiting! Idk about their food, it looks and smells good, but their drinks always satisfy my cravings. Their flavors actually taste like they’re supposed to. Watermelon icee tastes like sweet ripe watermelon. Better than everywhere else. Staff is friendly & inviting. I recommend this location first, over any other boba place in national city. They’re the pros.“

“Giving this place 5 stars for their excellent service. I didn’t catch her name, but the young lady working there was very kind and let me know the drink could be remade if I didn’t like it. The drink was tasty!
I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite tea in SD, but there’s not many boba spots in east county, which is why I’m giving it 5 stars regardless. I’d definitely come again if I’m in the area :)“
