Panda Express in the Imperial Valley offers consistently good and fresh food, with the convenience of a drive-through for those in a hurry. Despite some issues like long wait times during peak hours and faulty lights on the menu board, the customer service stands out as exceptional. Employees are attentive and accommodating, often going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Recent reviews mention that the staff are sincere in apologizing for wait times and provide complimentary spring rolls if needed. The food is described as hot, flavorful, and served quickly. Some customers note that the restaurant can be a nice, cool place to escape the heat, especially when charging a car. However, there are occasional issues such as missing menu items like brown rice, and concerns about cleanliness, particularly in the restrooms. Overall, visitors can expect delicious food and friendly service that encourages repeat visits.
