if i could leave a no star review i would. they are so rude, their customer service doesn’t even exist, they do the bare minimum to fill bowls and burritos, constantly mess up on orders, i found a hair in my food, the utensils are hardly stocked. just drive down to folsom, the trek is worth the money way more and gives a way better experience!!
Very small portions. Out of lettuce and mild sauce on Sunday at 6 pm. These type of problems are daily. Manager needs to be replaced or chipotle needs to investigate why this loc. is so poorly run. Very bad for the brand.

Every time we order online, the portions are so minimal that it's not even worth eating as a snack. When we go in, it's dirty they rush you and half the time it's cold! I ordered in person so I could get what I want and got home hair to put it in the microwave. Makes me wonder if it's even safe to eat!
