Carl's Jr in El Monte

“Carl's Jr never disappoints, food is always yummy, fries are always hot so you know they're fresh! Staff is super friendly and that is saying a lot because out of the all the nearby fast food chains Carl's customer service is top tier for me. I'm a drive through person and I normally get the older Spanish speaking woman whom is very sweet, she always asks me about my dog when she sees me since my pup would sometimes go with me to get food and I love that she asks about her or I get Leslie who's also very lovely and sweet. By know I think she already knows what I get by heart since right before she hands me my food she asks if I would like some ketchup and goes no right and I just smile and say no thank you 😂 Best Carl's Jr location over here!“

“my son loves the chicken stars and i love coming to this location even though i have a carl’s jr closer to my house. i always drive a little further for a more pleasant experience. It’s usually the same couple of employees which is nice to see familiar faces. Marina is so pleasant !! Super friendly place overall. I love this location.“
