My complaint is with Norma. Usually I just let it ride but today she was very rude to my husband while I was on the phone. He was getting me food on his lunch break while I’m at home with my kids who have special needs. Not only did she show poor customer service, but those on her team do as well. I will be contacting whomever I need to contact do get this situated.
