“I stopped going to KFC, Chick-fil-A, and Popeyes for awhile. I avoid MSG. Those other brands are full of it. Its been proven that large amounts of MSG is bad for your health. Although I grew up on Church's Texas Chicken, they been having negative ratings for hygiene in town. I've heard a lot of good things about Krispy Krunchy Chicken. I wanted to know if it's legit. It's inside of Circle K. This is all new to me. I wasn't disappointed. It was better than what I expected. It's all in the breading. The thigh was the moistest. The crumbly honey biscuit is the best around, it's not dry what so ever like the other ones. I don't eat pork. I forget the jambalaya had andouille. Don't know what the sausage was made out of. Probably the red beans & rice is a better option. Besides that, everything was flavorsome. It's not Bonchon Chicken or Jollibee, but they make some good Cajun fried chicken from Louisiana. The only thing is the chicken is fried in peanut oil and that might be bad for your health, but it's not like a lot of shops use avacado oil so everything in moderation.“
“The food is ridiculously good. The portions are larger than the price you pay. I did not t get our waitress name but she was outstanding(3-28-2024 @ noon time blk lady wt man she served). If you haven't tried it, you should because you're missing out on a great experience.“
“I have not been to JJ's since I moved and I just went last night; Food was delicious and very good. Reminds me of the last time I went. I am no longer in the area but there are no good quality tasting fish n chips in our area. I drove last night and do not regret the drive for good quality food. This is a must stop fish n chip place to go to. If you have never tried JJ's please give them a try. You will be a loyal customer. Best Fish n Chips in Sacramento. Door dash was in and out of that place it was Poppin.“
“This is definitely not your typical breakfast spot. The restaurant is a bit hidden but once you find it, you will not be disappointed. I've been here once with my sister and had enjoyed my breakfast. I wanted to take my friend here to try their chicken and waffles, one of my friend's favorite go to breakfast. The service is great, someone greeted me at the door to take my name down and was seated in about 40 mins. This place gets super busy so know that you will be waiting for a table. The vibe you get in here is like any typical diner, can use a little of upgrading. I'm a little bummed out that they no longer have mimosa. This is definitely a great place to get breakfast, must try if you're in the area or want some chicken and waffles.“
