The iced coffee is really hit or miss. Some days it's flagrant and flavorful, and other days it's weak and tastes bitter. I also really wish they would allow refillable cups/mugs as Alameda County Health Department has given this a clear. The flatbreads are massive and loaded but very plain (could be enhanced with seasoning the veggies and some salt and pepper on top). The chocolate croissant is very chocolate-y. I ordered a bowl of soup and bowl of mac, the largest sizes offered, and they both looked really small. I measured the soup and it was roughly 1 1/2 cups of soup. The food tasted good, but the portion sizes are laughably small. The previous time my girlfriend ordered the chicken salad sandwich, and there were barely any grapes in it, and what we did find was tiny. I really miss having a decent soup and sandwich place in Berkeley.

I only been here twice and both times I received excellent customer service! Today hours before my birthday the kitchen staff went above and beyond for me today to make sure I got my breakfast sandwich they way I like. Tina was the manager in charge and she did a awesome job! I can tell she was very busy but she still came over to help. Thank you that made my day better!
