I only been here twice and both times I received excellent customer service! Today hours before my birthday the kitchen staff went above and beyond for me today to make sure I got my breakfast sandwich they way I like. Tina was the manager in charge and she did a awesome job! I can tell she was very busy but she still came over to help. Thank you that made my day better!
Free duck fat fries for every table. Great!Had the lobster pot pie (wow on the presentation), porterhouse steak rare, a white fish dish, a salad, mushroom side, and truffle mac n cheese side, a bunch of desserts, white wine, whiskey, port, between 3 girls. Yea we ate a lot!Everything was delicious. The super friendly staff saw to our every need. If you need something just ask, they are very accomodating.The coffee here is top notch too.
The manager Customer service needs to be alot better.the only thing that made it worth while was the cute chubbie white guy he deserves 5 stars, I didn't catch his name though I prefer the location in alameda between the two which exemplifies exceptional customer service
